Screaming children need to be removed. How are you going to make appointments on the phone if you can't hear the person calling you?
The noise level today was asinine, as well as the wait time.
The adults that PAY YOU deserve more respect than the noisy kids that are LUCKY enough to even afford orthodontic treatment.
My daughter was recently seen by another dentist and I was told she was in need in of some dental work which included braces. I was referred to a different orthodontist and after talking with some people and reading a few reviews, I did not feel comfortable taking her to that specific person. It was suggested that I actually take her to Dr. Barron but after calling to schedule the apt I was notified that he was no longer there and I was scheduled with Dr. Knowles. After only one visit, I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere of the clinic, from the front desk to the back. The office was very clean, everyone was very friendly and most of all my daughter felt very comfortable! Dr. Knowles went over some options with me and he did recommend braces and oral surgery as well to fix some issues with my daughters teeth. We agreed on a plan and got things started that day. I think this will be a good relationship going forward and I feel very comfortable leaving this in the hands of Dr. Knowles!
I'm deeply disappointed.
I currently have three teenagers in treatment, which has been ongoing for about 2 years. I had another daughter who finished last year. We have grown to know both Dr. Barron (previously) and Dr. Knowles. Staff has always been pleasant and professional. They work with you on trying to schedule appointment times together. Occasionally, my kids have had to wait a while to go back, but mostly they go to the back at or before their scheduled appointment time. Having four in treatment has been expensive, but Dr. Knowles has worked wonders with correcting their teeth. He does call to check on them when extra work has been done (bottom brackets have been placed or a new appliance has been added). If I had it to do over again, I would definitely still take my kids to Smile at the World.
I cannot praise them enough. I am so thankful to have found this place. I went there for my daughter Mariah. She had to get braces. They are so sweet and treat you like family. My daughter loves to go there. She loves everyone there. They sit down with you and discuss a treatment plan for your child. One that is best for you. They explain everything in detail so you'll understand. They also have a rewards program for kids but most of all I like their exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely go back to them in the future.
Please do SOMETHING about those noisy kids! It's getting ridiculous!
