Dr. Marshall and staff are friendly and helpful.
So last month I went in because i have two broken teeth and I needed to get an extraction done for each. At the end of the visit he set the date of the extraction at 7/6/16, a month later, saying that it was the soonest he could schedule one. I was ok with that and I've waited the month. I made all the preparation for it. I took a week off work for proper recovery, I got my brother to take the morning off work for transportation, I bought a weeks worth of soft foods, etc.. etc... This morning they call to confirm the appointment but it turns out they only have me down for X-rays and consultation. They refuse to do the extraction tomorrow and now he is not even sure he will be doing it at all. I've taken a week off work for this. Those are hours and money that I cannot get back. I've went through a month of pain and misery from broken decaying teeth when I could have went somewhere else and probably been done with it by now. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I am already looking for a new dentist. Maybe I'll find one that can perform an extraction this time...

Wonderful staff Mrs Betty the office manager is amazing. Dr Gordon took time to explain everything that he was going to do. And made sure I was comfortable.
