I was well informed and remained updated throughout each procedure. My experiences have been pleasant from the very beginning to the end (scheduling appointments, checking in, and being seen by Dr. Proctor). In addition, the waiting area is clean and family friendly !!

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. I came as a new patient today, and I was happy with my experience before showing up-The receptionist is extremely polite and was very courteous on the phone. She was very helpful about my insurance and made me feel welcome immediately, and at 7 am this morning! My hygienist, Marina, was very sweet and has been the only hygienist I've ever had who made me feel comfortable and never once poked me. The doctor was also very gentle and explained my treatment plan without just saying "okay you owe us this much and need this work done." Everything about this office was extremely professional and helpful and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a regular dentist!
All the staff at Forest Trail are friendly welcoming and timely. They are very honest and thorough when explaining procedures. I feel very secure and at ease with the care that I receive. I’ve been coming to Forest Trail for several years and I would never consider going anywhere else!
I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was really nervous at first. But let me tell you every single person there are such nice and beautiful people it really calmed me down. I was having a lot of pain they got me in there checked me out told me what was needed to be done and even booked me in appointment with a surgeon that same day within 2 hours. I now have all my wisdom teeth pulled and I’m feeling a lot better thanks to everyone who works there. So if you’re looking for a dentist I suggest you check this place out for real!
