This dentist is horrible, the absolute worst. The women that work there, that do the cleanings, are very professional, and very polite, but the main dentist, the gentleman, is absolutely horrible. I went to them for a few fillings after I had gotten back from being overseas, only because my.mother recommended them. He rushed through all of the fillings, and didn't listen to any concerns I had. One of the fillings had a gap that I could stick a toothpick into and hit a nerve, not fun. Almost every filling he had done, fell out after roughly 3 months tops. If I had the money and knew a good lawyer, he would not be open for business, in fact if it was possible I would see to it that his license be revoke and he not be allowed to practice ever again. I would have rather had my dental done overseas by the military over this guy.
The dentist himself stopped by to review the cleaning and other records. He was very quick and professional.
The hygenist seemed knowledgeable and concentrated on doing a good job. Gave reasonable advice when asked.
This is the friendliest office and the treatment I have received has been awesome. Dr Smith is kind and genuine and really cares for his patients and goes above and beyond to help them. His assistants are more than helpful. And the front office will help you in any way you need assistance. Recommend them highly.
Fast & friendly service from the time you walk in the door. I've been going here for years. Dr. Smith doesn't rip you off like others in town.
A friendly family environment, a great personable atmosphere
The office is clean and well run. The people at the front desk are on top of things and even remember details about my appointment and situation before my first appointment. The computers were giving them troubles today and last week too.
