I love the new office! The location is perfect it's centrally located. The office staff is very nice and friendly. They identified I was nervous and helped put my nerves at ease. The office is warm and friendly. Decorated with beautiful pieces of art work! Going down the hall to the treatment rooms are gorgeous portraits of their patients I recognized a few people. Dr Proctor and Dr Peña are the best. They both are professionals and the best at their craft. I would highly recommend them to anyone. To sum it up Forest Trail Dental Care is like no other dental office in town.. Professional, Friendly, Warm, Caring with the BEST dentist!! Try out their massage treatment chairs.. Ammmazing!!
The Forest Care Dental Care family is an amazing, caring, friendly, warm, and compassionate group of people who showed up at their dental clinic on a Saturday afternoon to take care of my son after he fell during his basketball game and hit his permanent front teeth quite hard on the basketball court floor. I was absolutely humbled when we walked into their clinic because I knew they came in during a time when they were closed and they came in just for my child. They didn't know him and they did that for him. How amazing is that? I was instantly overwhelmed in my heart with not being able to say thank you in a big enough way to express how grateful I was. I've been thinking about their kindness and sincere care for others since then. They are the kind of people who make this world a better place. I am inspired by them and indebted to them for showing up and making sure that my son was okay. I will continue to think of ways to say thank you to them indefinitely.
I've been a patient of Dr. Proctor's for the past 7 years. He is a wonderful dentist. I've seen him for regular treatments and for special circumstances. I love these people!! Everyone that works here--from the front office staff to the hygienists and assistants to the dentists--are skilled and kind. Last weekend, a friend of mine's little boy had a dental injury, and she could not get a hold of their dentist. I called Forest Trail staff for advice about who was open on the weekends, and they sent three staff members to meet them at the office on the weekend! It wasn't even their patient! The level of customer service just blew me away.
Forest Trail Dental Care is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. We had Dr. Bruce Thompson growing up. Top-notch. And Gail Scheffield was our teeth cleaner. Love her to death. Great place. Five stars. I would highly recommend it.
Their new office near Canyon Creek pharmacy is beautiful and functional. I also appreciate the dentists' conservative treatment plans that save me money. I thought I liked my old dentist, but Drs. Proctor and Pena have really raised the bar for me.
